Daily Transient Rates

Daily Rates-Based on Boat length - 35’ Minimum

In-season Rates - October Through May

  • 59 feet and under vessels price is $4.25 per foot + 6% tax

  • Catamarans and 60 feet plus vessels price is $4.75 per foot + 6% tax

Off-season Rates - June Through September

  • 59 feet and under vessels price is $3.25 per foot + 6% tax

  • Catamarans and 60 feet plus vessels price is $3.75 per foot + 6% tax

Daily Transient Utility Charge

  • $10 for 30 amp

  • $20 for 50 amp

  • $30 for 100 amp

Transient Cancellation Policy

You will be asked for a credit card number at the time of reservation. If your plans change and you do not call us, we will charge
your credit card for one night.

Monthly Utility Fee for Monthly and Annual Leases- $50

MIMA Lessee Rules and Requirements

  • Vessel length overall including bow sprit and swim platform must not exceed over 10% beyond length of slip when docked in slip

  • Boat owner must have boat insurance with a minimum of $1 million in liability with Marco Island Marina Association and the slip owner
    listed as additional insured. This could include an umbrella on homeowners policy provided it states watercraft and totals $1 million
    with the boat insurance

  • Lessee must sign and agree to a background check for a cost of $85.00 if US Citizen, a little more if not U.S.

  • Vessel must be in good condition (photo required if 10 years or older) Dockmaster has discretion for approval of all vessels.

  • First and last month’s rent due with execution of lease agreement

  • Must read, sign and abide by general marina rules

  • Monthly surcharge & electric charges due in addition to rent

  • No more than two pets and they must be kept leashed

  • Black water is prohibited to be disposed of into the Marina waters. All vessels must use pump-out for proper disposal

  • Parking pass is required to park on paved assigned MIMA areas

  • Clubhouse Key and Parking Pass must be returned when lease term expires. If not returned, lessee will be billed a $5 fee per item

  • Key or combination to be given to the Dockmaster’s office in the event that the Dockmaster must get aboard the vessel
